Concierge Ltd. was established in the end of September 2000, with the aim of offering complex service which is unique in Hungary and to introduce the concierge services which are popular all over the USA and Western Europe. The company was established by professionals working in 4-5star hotels and at the beginning they satisfied the unique and general needs of different companies: they arranged a bit more than a conference organizer, a travel agency, a marketing company and a party service.

Adapting itself to the needs, the company started to provide service not only for companies but also for individuals, so beside Corporate Concierge, Lifestyle Concierge came to being as well.

The owners, Rudolf Görög and  Judit Tóth - after nearly two decades of hotel business experience - do believe that they have to be open to the improvement of the world to such an extent that they must be able to offer an up to date solution to the newer and newer needs that might have been conceived yet only in their partners' minds. Therefore, the next step in the company's development was making a strategic agreement with HurráNyaralunk.hu Ltd. One of the results of this agreement is the HN Tourist Service Budapest Travel Agency- operating on the Ferihegy Airport I.terminal: the Travel Service.

The owners of the Concierge Ltd. do believe in the importance of the human factor and in the fact that they can only be successful on the long term with the appropriate professional knowledge, professionalism and flexibility. This philosophy and the close relationship with and good knowledge of hotel services - especially the hotels' concierges - brought the next developmental leap. In 2006, - obtaining the necessary licenses and widening its operational scope - the company started to provide outsourcing services: Outsourcing Concierge, in such fields that required specific professional hotel education, like working in a hotel as a concierge or the service of a banqueting event or conferences of high standard.
